The Bengals today made the following roster moves:
* Signed CB Chris Lewis-Harris from the Cincinnati practice squad. Lewis-Harris (5-10, 180; Tennessee-Chattanooga) joined the Bengals last July 26 as a college free agent. He played in all four preseason games, logging 13 tackles with a sack. He was waived Aug. 31 and had been on the practice squad since Sept. 1.
* Waived TE Richard Quinn, third-year pro who had signed as a free agent on Sept. 4. Quinn was inactive for Games 1-3.
