Rosario will not ride Orb in Travers

Top jockey Joel Rosario will be out about six weeks with a fractured bone in his left foot sustained in a spill at Saratoga, and Jose Lezcano will take his place aboard Kentucky Derby winner Orb in the Travers Stakes.
Rosario was examined by Dr. Rick Alfred on Saturday morning, and it was determined the rider "fractured a bone in his left foot," said agent Ron Anderson. The nation's leading jockey was fitted with a cast before he left Alfred's office in Albany.
Rosario was hurt in Friday's seventh race. He was aboard last-place finisher Casual Elegance. The horse then unseated Rosario and the jockey lay on the turf for several minutes before standing up and limping to a golf cart.
Orb's trainer Shug McGaughey chose Lezcano to replace Rosario for the Travers to be run later Saturday.
