Rondon suffering from allergies; Below sore

LAKELAND, Fla. -- Aside from Justin Verlander, recovering from surgery, the Tigers haven't had a long daily injury report.
Bruce Rondon left after Friday's morning meeting because of an illness but was back Saturday.
"It sounds like, from what Kevin Rand said, that he's just got allergies," Tigers manager Brad Ausmus said. "I think we'll kind of leave it up to him as to how much he does today. He certainly sounds stuffed up."
For the first time, however, the Tigers did have a pitcher, Duane Below, who couldn't throw Saturday.
"We got one pitcher today who complained of some elbow soreness, nothing major," Ausmus said. "He was going to throw today, just pushed back a day."
Below said his elbow was a little tender, but he expects to be able to throw live batting practice Sunday and planned to do all the other drills Saturday.
