ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The game between the St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco Giants was postponed Friday night because of rain.
The contest was rescheduled for 12:15 p.m. CDT on Saturday as part of a day-night doubleheader. The weekend's three-game series is the final time the teams play each other this season.
Matt Cain was scheduled to pitch for the Giants on Friday night against rookie Shelby Miller for the Cardinals.
