Report: Browns willing to trade up for Manziel

Over the past few weeks, the Browns have been making it clear they are very interested in former Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel.
CBSSports.com reported today that the Browns could be looking to trade up to nab the electrifying quarterback.
"...they are willing to trade up to land Johnny Manziel in the draft if need be, sources said, and have an owner, Jimmy Haslam, who is committed to spending their abundant cap space to try to win quickly."
The Browns have not been shy about their interest in Manziel up to this point, but this is the first time reports have surfaced that they might be willing to make a move up in the draft.
The report could always be an attempt to trick other teams into taking Manziel early and leaving another quarterback for the Browns at number four.
But, Johnny Football and Josh Gordon teaming up together next season sounds pretty good huh Browns fans?
