Raye spent the past two years working for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who fired head coach Greg Schiano at the end of this season.
He is a veteran of more than 40 years in the coaching business, including stints as the offensive coordinator for the Rams, Buccaneers, Patriots, Chiefs, Redskins and 49ers.He directed the Rams' offense when Eric Dickerson set the NFL single-season rushing record with 2,105 yards in 1984.
DeLeone is also a long-time veteran of the profession, but most of his experience has come at the college level, including 19 years at Syracuse.
Most recently he was offensive coordinator at Connecticut from 2011 until last September when he was fired along with head coach Paul Pasqualoni. Prior to that, DeLeone spent three seasons as tight ends coach for the Miami Dolphins.
