Relay runner pulls off mind-blowing comeback, faceplants after finish line

The women's 4 x 400-meter relay final at the Irish Universities Athletics Association Championships produced one of the greatest finishes to a race you will ever see. Do yourself a favor and start the video above at the 3:00 mark, and watch a truly mind-blowing ending unfold.
Phil Healy of University College Cork wasn't even in the broadcast picture with 200 meters remaining in the race, but she came out of nowhere to stun the field and win the race down the stretch.

Just after crossing the line, Healy collapsed and faceplanted. The commentary is legendary.
By the time the runners finished, the announcers were shrieking uncontrollably.
