Reds announce 25-man wild-card roster
The Reds have announced their 25-man roster for tonight's NL Wild Card game at Pittsburgh. Johnny Cueto (5-2, 2.82 ERA) will start for the Reds against Francisco Liriano (16-8, 3.02) of the Pirates. Game time is 8:07 p.m. at PNC Park.
The roster includes 10 pitchers and 15 position players, including rookie speedster Billy Hamilton on the bench. Hamilton is 13-of-14 in stolen base attempts this season and has scored nine runs in 13 games. He has been used mainly in late-inning situations as a pinch runner.

The winner of this game advances to the NL Division Series against NL Central champion St. Louis, beginning Thursday. Game 1 of that series at Busch Stadium is scheduled for 5 p.m.
