Red Wings defend home pingpong table

Apparently, tough guys play pingpong.
Although the Detroit Red Wings have had recent troubles defending their home ice, they're having no such issue with their rec-room features inside Joe Louis Arena.
Todd Bertuzzi reportedly spotted a couple of Nashville Predators players lurking around the Wings' pingpong table on Monday afternoon and promptly dealt with the matter.
Rumors had Bertuzzi folding up the table himself and wheeling it out of sight, something he told reporters wasn't true.
"I came out of our room, saw some of their guys wanting to play on our pingpong tables and told security," Bertuzzi told the Detroit Free Press. "I didn't do anything else. I didn't move the table myself."
The Wings security staff reportedly handled the incident by putting away the table.
The Red Wings, down 2-1 in the series, face the Predators in Game 4 tonight in Detroit at 7:30 p.m. local time.
