Chris Paul had 19 points and 13 assists, and DeAndre Jordan added 15 points and 22 rebounds to lead the Los Angeles Clippers past the Memphis Grizzlies 97-79 on Friday night.
Jamal Crawford also had 19 points, and J.J. Redick finished with 18. Matt Barnes added 13 for the Clippers.
Zach Randolph led Memphis with 20 points and 10 rebounds, while connecting on 10 of 18 shots. Courtney Lee added 12 points, while Marc Gasol scored 11 as the Grizzlies lost their second straight.
Jordan helped the Clippers hold a 47-41 advantage in rebounds. Los Angeles finished by shooting 46 percent, including Redick, Paul and Crawford connecting on half of their shots. The Clippers were 9 of 26 from outside the arc, including 7 of 12 in the second half, when they built a double-digit advantage.

Despite Randolph's shooting, Memphis shot only 38 percent on the night, including Gasol going 5 of 12 and point guard Mike Conley missing nine of his 11 shots. Jeff Green missed all six of his shots.
The first half was played at a pace conducive to the Memphis style - slow, methodical, low-scoring. Paul converted a couple of baskets late in the second quarter to erase Memphis' lead and leave the game deadlocked at 41 at intermission.
Crawford came off Los Angeles' bench for 12 points, while Randolph had 10 for Memphis. Crawford going 5 of 9 allowed the Clippers to shoot 43 percent, but Los Angeles struggled outside the arc, converting only two of 14 3-pointers.
The Clippers' defense early in the second half stalled the Grizzlies, sending Memphis late into the shot clock and out of rhythm on offense. Memphis missed its first four shots of the half and committed a trio of early turnovers.

Despite Memphis putting together a rally behind a couple of 3-pointers from Lee, Los Angeles held a 69-62 advantage entering the fourth.
The Clippers eventually would build the lead to 19 in the final frame, outscoring Memphis 28-17 in the fourth.
