Tampa Bay rays righty Chris Archer took the liberty on Thursday of throwing it back (#TBT) for MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred.
After graduating from Cornell University, Manfred attended Harvard Law School where he earned his J.D. in 1983 at age 24. Courtesy of Archer's friend's father, here's the commish back in the day:
