On Friday, Aledo head coach Tim Buchanan will look to lead his team to a second straight state title in Class 4A Division II. The Bearcats (15-0) will look to clinch the repeat with a win over La Marque (11-3). Aledo comes off consecutive close wins to advance, including a one-point win over Mesquite Poteet last weekend and an 18-10 victory the week before over Stephenville. In both wins, the Bearcats had to come from behind in the final quarter to keep their championship aspirations alive. Now, Aledo is poised to play for a second straight crown, which they will do on Friday at Cowboys Stadium. Here
