Proteas win toss, bat in opening tour match

ADELAIDE, Australia (AP) South Africa has won the toss and will bat Saturday in the opening match of its cricket tour of Australia against a youthful Cricket Australia XI.

The Proteas have indicated they will use all 16 members of their touring squad in the day-night, pink ball match against a team all of whom are aged under 22.
