Los Angeles – Prime Ticket, the official regional telecast home of the Big West Conference, Monday announced the 2012-13 television schedule. Coverage begins at the Walter Pyramid on Friday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. as Long Beach State hosts Hawai‘i in women’s volleyball. USA Women’s National Volleyball Team Head Coach and three-time Olympian, Karch Kiraly will provide analysis while two-time Olympian, Kevin Barnett, delivers play-by-play.

The television package also includes both women’s and men’s soccer championships matches on Nov. 4 and 10 respectively; 14 men’s basketball games, including four Conference tournament quarterfinal games; and the women’s basketball Conference tournament final. In addition, either Prime Ticket or FOX Sports West will feature the Track and Field Championships and a baseball matchup to be announced at a later date.

Complementing the schedule, Prime Ticket and FOX Sports West, in conjunction with the Big West, will launch the Conference’s free-to-access video streaming platform this November. The digital offering will deliver up to 800 live events each academic year, including certain men’s and women’s basketball games and women’s volleyball matches not selected for TV, as well as many other Conference athletic events.
