FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Bobby Portis had a career-high 19 points on 8-of-8 shooting as Arkansas won its seventh-straight game with a 104-71 win over Texas-San Antonio on Saturday night.
The winning streak equals the longest under third-year coach Mike Anderson for the Razorbacks (11-2), who open Southeastern Conference play at Texas A&M on Wednesday. Arkansas now has won 23-straight games in Bud Walton Arena.
Portis, a freshman McDonald's All-American, added 10 rebounds and has now scored in double figures in nine-straight games.
Ky Madden had 15 points for the Razorbacks, who committed a season-low seven turnovers while scoring 40 points on 28 turnovers by the Roadrunners. Michael Qualls added 11 points off the bench.
Devon Agusi led Texas-San Antonio (4-9) with 20 points, while Jordan Sims and Hyjii Thomas added 12 points each.
Arkansas hasn't lost since a 91-81 setback to Gonzaga at the Maui Invitational on Nov. 27. The Razorbacks lost twice at the tournament, but they continued to feast on non-conference opponents on Saturday -- equaling a seven-game winning streak under Anderson two years ago.
The scoring output marked the third time Arkansas -- which leads the SEC with 85.8 points per game -- topped the 100-point mark this season.
Led by Madden's 11 points at halftime, the Razorbacks put the game out of reach early -- taking a 62-35 lead while scoring their most points in a half this season.
The Roadrunners trailed 22-15 after a 3-pointer by Sims, but Arkansas answered with a 22-6 run to take a 44-21 lead. Portis finished the run with one of his three dunks in the game for the Razorbacks.
Arkansas didn't commit a turnover until 2:16 remaining in the first half when Coty Clarke misfired on a half-court pass following a rebound. The Razorbacks had forced 14 turnovers at that point, and Clarke finished with five of the team's 14 steals.
Portis' hot-shooting night and a 7-of-11 performance from Madden helped Arkansas finish 40 of 80 (50 percent) from the field.
Thirteen players scored for the Razorbacks, with Moses Kingsley and Kikko Haydar finishing with nine points each.
Phillip Jones had 10 rebounds for the Roadrunners, who were 23 of 56 (41.1 percent) from the field and 18 of 31 (58.1 percent) on free throws.
