1) DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The "Pick 'Em" Contest Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Fox Sports Net Southwest, a division of ARC Holding, Ltd ("Sponsor") located at 100 E. Royal Lane, Suite 200, Irving, TX 75039. The Promotion is a prediction competition related to Sponsor's coverage and telecast of high school football games and any ancillary programming related thereto. The Promotion consists of ten (10) independent Promotion contests (each a "Contest" collectively, "Contests"), with one (1) prizewinner selected for each Contest. See chart in Rule #3 for each Contest's "Registration Period" (as defined below). The Promotion begins August 21, 2015 and ends October 30, 2015 (such entire period of time referred to hereinafter as the "Promotion Period"). The Winning Contestant (as defined below) of each Contest will be announced on the Friday Football Show on the "Announcement Date" (as defined below), and will receive a prize as more specifically described below. By participating in this Promotion and/or any Contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decision of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
2) WHO MAY ENTER: The Promotion is open only to those legal residents of the state of Texas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are registered members of the Southwest Football Friday Mobile App (the "App"). To become a registered member of the App is absolutely free. To obtain the App, visit your mobile phone's app store and follow the instructions to download the App to your mobile phone. Your App account will be governed by the App's terms of service, which are located at https://www.foxsports.com/end-user-license-agreement. Violation of the Apps terms of use or any other third party polices is strictly prohibited and any entrant or entries that are found in violation will automatically be ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Entrants should read the terms and conditions that apply to the App or any other third party services or applications that the entrants download or use in connection with the Promotion. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, Fox Cable Network Services, LLC, Fox Entertainment Group, and The News Corporation, Inc and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, production services, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, web masters, and web suppliers (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and each of their immediate family members (children, spouse, parents, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related are ineligible to enter the Promotion or any Contest or win the prize. The potential prizewinners of this Promotion may be required to show proof of residency.
3) WHEN TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Promotion begins at 05:00:01 p.m. central time ("CT") on August 21, 2015, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CT on October 30, 2015 ("Promotion Period"). Each of the ten (10) Contests shall consist of one (1) Promotion registration period (each a "Registration Period" collectively, "Registration Periods"), one (1) Promotion tallying period (each a "Tally Period" collectively, "Tally Periods"), one (1) Promotion prizewinner determination date (each a "Determination Date" collectively "Determination Dates"), and one (1) Promotion prizewinner announcement date (each an "Announcement Date" collectively, "Announcement Dates") as set forth in the chart below. To be eligible for any Contest, all entries must be received by the end of the Registration Period for the applicable Contest. Sponsor's database clock shall be the official timekeeping devices for all entries received in connection with this Promotion.
