Phillips, Kentucky fail again to beat Vols

Kentucky coach Joker Phillips was on a Kentucky team that beat Tennessee in 1984. However, he still has not been part of a Kentucky coaching staff to beat the Vols after his Wildcats lost 24-14 in Knoxville on Saturday just as 25 previous UK teams have done against Tennessee.
