Panthers reassign F Vincent Trocheck to AHL affiliate


SUNRISE, Fla. -- The Florida Panthers have reassigned forward Vincent Trocheck to San Antonio (AHL), the team announced Tuesday.
Trocheck, 21, has recorded four goals, 13 points and plus-6 rating in 28 games with Florida this season.
A third-round pick in the 2011 draft, Trocheck has registered nine goals, 21 points and 18 penalty minutes in 48 career NHL games, all with Florida.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he has notched two goals and six points in eight games with San Antonio this season.
Trocheck, who had been a healthy scratch in five of the past six games, recorded no points in 9:24 of ice time during Florida's 2-1 loss to Vancouver on Monday night.
