GREEN BAY, Wis. -- There are now seven Green Bay Packers headed to the Pro Bowl after alternates Randall Cobb and Sam Shields were added to the roster Monday.

Cobb takes the spot of Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who is injured, while Shields replaces Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis, who will instead be playing in the Super Bowl. It will be the first Pro Bowl trip for both Cobb and Shields.

It is possible that one of the five original Packers named to the Pro Bowl could drop out in the coming days, but currently Green Bay will be represented by Aaron Rodgers, John Kuhn, Jordy Nelson, Josh Sitton and Clay Matthews, in addition to Cobb and Shields. Rodgers, in particular, could opt out of the game due to his left calf injury.

Eddie Lacy, David Bakhtiari, T.J. Lang, Tramon Williams and Julius Peppers all remain as alternates.
