GREEN BAY, Wis. — With the goal of adding some depth at a thin safety position, the Green Bay Packers signed undrafted rookie David Fulton.

Fulton, listed at 6-feet and 196 pounds, played college football at Chowan University, a small Division II school in North Carolina. As a senior in 2012, Fulton had 39 tackles, five tackles for loss, a team-best four interceptions, nine passes defensed, one sack and one forced fumble.

Fulton practiced Tuesday with the Packers in the second week of the team's offseason training activities (OTAs).
