Outkick's Top Ten For Week 10 2015

We've entered November and this is when perfect seasons go to die. LSU, Michigan State, TCU, and Memphis all lost their first games.

So how's the Outkick top ten look? Here we go.

1. Clemson

The Tigers exorcised their Florida State demons and hold the ACC's playoff hopes squarely in their hands. With games against Syracuse, Wake Forest and South Carolina left on the schedule, the Tigers figure to be double digit favorites the rest of the way.

2. Baylor

The Bears answered some questions about how Jarrett Sitdham would look and held on for a shaky win over Kansas State. Do they have what it takes to beat Oklahoma and TCU?

3. Alabama

It was a great day in Tuscaloosa: the Crimson Tide beat LSU and Ole Miss lost in overtime to Arkansas. Now the question is this, can the Bama defense control Dak Prescott like they did Leonard Fournette?

4. Iowa

The Hawkeyes just keep winning. Now they have Minnesota, Purdue and at Nebraska to finish off the perfect regular season. And everyone will expect for Iowa to get blown out in the Big Ten title game. Which is, of course, the perfect recipe for a wild ending to the season.

Can you imagine if we had an Iowa, Florida, Utah and Oklahoma State playoff?

5. LSU

Yes, LSU lost to Bama, but LSU's season isn't over yet. They need to run the table and they need Alabama to lose a road game at either Mississippi State or Auburn. If that happens LSU would win the west and play Florida for a spot in the playoff.

6. Oklahoma State

The Cowboys are undefeated and got a massive win over TCU. Welcome to the Big 12 race. Will it be Baylor, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma or TCU that hangs on to win the conference? Your guess is as good as mine.

But Baylor and Oklahoma both have to come to Stillwater.

7. Ohio State

Ohio State beat another mediocre Big Ten and looked mediocre doing it. The Buckeyes are ranked in the playoff committee's top four because the committee began the season believing Ohio State was good. Nothing that they've done on the field justifies their being included in the playoff thus far.

8. Notre Dame

The Fighting Irish took out Pittsburgh and now have Wake Forest and Boston College as the next two on the schedule. So the Irish will be 10-1 when they head to Stanford to finish the year

9. Stanford

The Cardinal have Oregon, Cal, and Notre Dame to finish the season. If the Cardinal win out and then win the Pac 12 title game it's hard to believe that 12-1 coupled with the losses that we saw earlier today wouldn't get them in the playoff.

10. Florida

Yes, they were awful against Vandy, but who else has a more impressive resume right now than the Gators? Oklahoma's close, but their loss to Texas is worse than the Gator loss to LSU. It's really a shame that we weren't able to see how good the Gators could have been with Will Grier down the stretch. Because I just don't think Treon Harris is capable of winning an SEC title game.

...

As always, if your team isn't ranked in Outkick's top ten, it's because I hate them.
