Oklahoma State defeats Murray State
ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -- Keiton Page scored a career-high 29 points to lead Oklahoma State to a 66-49 victory over Murray State on Sunday in the 76 Classic.
Page made 10-of-13 shots, including 4-of-5 3-pointers, for the Cowboys (5-1). Ray Penn added 13 points and Darrell Williams had 11 rebounds.
Ivan Aska scored 10 points for the Racers (3-3) while Isacc Miles and B.J. Jenkins each added nine points.
Page scored eight points during an 11-0 run at the start of the second half, and Oklahoma State took a 32-23 lead with 17:34 to play. Murray State didn't get any closer, and the Cowboys led by as many as 17 in the second half when they shot 53.6 percent and committed only two turnovers.
Oklahoma State led 10-0 before Murray State rallied take a 23-19 lead just before halftime.
