Oklahoma players put off spring football in wake of racist frat video

The Oklahoma football team will not practice until after spring break, but will demonstrate after a racist video was made public earlier this week.
Players will address the situation, a video that was captured by some members of the SAE fraternity, through interviews when they return from the break.
Quarterback Trevor Knight tweeted a statement from Oklahoma football players.

The Sooners were originally scheduled to participate in spring football workouts this week, but have not. They met earlier this week on the field inside their indoor training facility but did not practice. Instead they prayed and then left the field as a group.
Earlier this week, two members of the SAE house were expelled from Oklahoma and all the members of the fraternity were evicted from the chapter's house. The Oklahoma SAE chapter was suspended by school president David Boren. The school issued a statement on the issue.
