FOX Sports Oklahoma announced Thursday that it will distribute the Sept. 8 Florida A&M vs. University of Oklahoma college football game at 6 p.m. CT on pay-per-view to participating program providers. Suggested retail price is $39.95. The pay-per-view telecast will be available in high-definition.

The game is being televised on pay-per-view because it wasn’t selected for over-the-air broadcast or cable television coverage. Pay-per-view allows fans the option to watch a game they otherwise wouldn’t be able to see.

The game will be available on a dedicated pay-per-view channel on participating Oklahoma and Texas program providers and nationwide via participating satellite and telco distributors. A list of participating program providers offering the pay-per-view telecast will be announced later.
