Ohio Machine name a new head coach

Today, the Ohio Machine announced that Bear Davis will take over as head coach for the remaining 6 games in the 2013 season. Davis is from the Columbus-area and a Hilliard Davidson High School. Currently, Davis is the head boy's locrasse coach and associate athletic director at Archbishop Spalding (MD). 
Prior to his time at Archbishop Spalding, Davis spent 7 years at Robert Morris University building the program as the first head coach. During his last 2 season, the Colonials led the nation in scoring.
Ted Gerber had been head coach of the Machine for their first 2 seasons. In the 2012 inaugural season the Machine went 2-11 and have started 2013 at 1-7.
Davis's first game will be at home on June  29 vs the Boston Cannons at 7:30p. You can watch that game on same day delay starting at 8p on SportsTime Ohio.
