No. 12 ASU women rout Oregon

EUGENE, Ore. -- Promise Amukamara had 16 points, Katie Hempen scored 13 and No. 12 Arizona State snapped a two-game skid Sunday, beating Oregon 72-52.
Hempen was 3 of 6 from 3-point range while Sophie Brunner had eight points and 10 rebounds. Elisha Davis added 10 points for the Sun Devils (22-4, 11-3 Pac-12), which led 39-25 at the break but allowed Oregon within seven points midway through the second.
Amukamara had six of her 10 second-half points during an 11-2 run that pushed Arizona State ahead by 57-41 with 6:57 left. The Ducks (12-13, 5-9) closed the margin to 13 points and got no closer.
Jillian Alleyne had 19 points with 8-of-8 shooting from the field and 10 rebounds to lead Oregon. Lexi Petersen chipped in with 12 points and six rebounds.
The Sun Devils took control in the first half with runs of 14-2 and 8-0.
