FRANKLIN -- Too small. Too slow.
Considering how many times those words have been used to describe him over the years, Nick Reveiz could have made them part of his Facebook profile.
A walk-on middle linebacker at the University of Tennessee -- he eventually became a team captain and led the Vols in tackles last season -- Reveiz finds himself in a familiar position as the NFL Draft nears: unsung and unappreciated.
But that's not a big source of concern for Reveiz, who's never been one to let low expectations affect him. He's eager to once again show the football world that its impression of him is incorrect.
"It's like a bad case of dj vu for me," said Reveiz, who is working out with about 20 other NFL hopefuls at D1 Nashville in Cool Springs.
"It's like being 18 years old again, and coming out of high school with no offers. But it's something you can draw motivation from, kind of playing with a chip on your shoulder and seeing that people don't think much of me."
