NHL names Datsyuk second star of week

Red Wings center Pavel Datsyuk has made an immediate impact since his return from a separated shoulder.
On Monday, the NHL named Datsyuk its second star of the week that ended Nov. 2.
Datsyuk, 36, had seven points (four goals, three assists) in three games, tying for the league lead.
In those three games, the Wings took five out of six possible points in games against the Washington Capitals (4-2 win), Los Angeles Kings (5-2 win) and Buffalo Sabres (3-2 shootout loss).
Datsyuk, who suffered a separated shoulder in the first game of the preseason, returned Oct. 21 and has five goals and five assists in the six games he's played.
Datsyuk has at least one point in every game he's played, the longest season-opening point streak of his career.
St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko was named first star and Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was named third star for the week.
