Plans for a new high school football all-star game between Ohio and Michigan were first mentioned some time ago and now appear more concrete with a date and time being set this week.

Dave Berk of Scout.com reports the inaugural Border Classic All-Star Game will kick off at 1 p.m. on June 14, 2014 at Donnell Stadium in Findlay, Ohio. A second edition of the game will be played in Michigan at a site to be determined.
Rosters – consisting of 40 players from each state – will be revealed in February following National Signing Day.
For Ohio, the game is intended to replace the Big 33 Classic following the decision of organizers of that game to replace Buckeye State stars with players from Maryland this year.
