The third of four NBA mock drafts, featuring both rounds, as we move closer to the real thing June 26:
First Round
1. Cleveland Cavaliers: Jabari Parker, F, Duke. Scorer in every sense, plays with great passion. He may be first on Cavs' board after injury to Joel Embiid.
2. Milwaukee Bucks: Andrew Wiggins, SG/SF, Kansas. Dynamic athlete, great leaper, developing skills, strong defender. Does he have killer instinct?
3. Philadelphia 76ers: Joel Embiid, C, Kansas. Risky with all those injuries, but could be back in time for training camp. And imagine a frontline of Embiid and Nerlens Noel. Western coach says Embiid still worthy of top three.
4. Orlando Magic: Dante Exum, PG/SG, Australia. Huge mystery, but has NBA execs drooling anyway. Supposedly smooth with great handle. Could go to Sixers if Embiid drops.
5. Utah Jazz: Noah Vonleh, PF, Indiana. Hustle player who does everything well. Needs to get stronger.
6. Boston Celtics: Julius Randle, PF, Kentucky. NBA skills, NBA body, and another guy who supposedly has a bad foot. Could be next Zach Randolph.
7. Los Angeles Lakers: Marcus Smart, PG, Oklahoma State. Strong, tough, plays with an edge. Can run a team.
8. Sacramento Kings: Aaron Gordon, PF, Arizona. Outstanding, strong athlete. Does all the little things, except shoot well.
9. Charlotte Hornets: Doug McDermott, SF, Creighton. Extremely skilled, versatile offensive player. Understands game.
10. Philadelphia 76ers: Nik Stauskas, SG, Michigan. No one in draft shoots better at coming off pick.
11. Denver Nuggets: Dario Saric, PF, Croatia. A point-forward. Can shoot, will keep ball moving. Poor defender.
12. Orlando Magic: James Young, SF, Kentucky. Hard to let him slide past here. Fantastic athlete. Lefty. Can fill it up.
13. Minnesota Timberwolves: Rodney Hood, SG/SF, Duke. Marksman from deep. True scorer.
14. Phoenix Suns: Adreian Payne, PF, Michigan State. Long-range bomber, the ultimate stretch four in this draft. Sounds like Suns kinda guy.
15. Atlanta Hawks: T.J. Warren, SF, N.C. State: Scorer in every sense of the word. Individual workouts have gone well.
16. Chicago Bulls: Gary Harris, SG, Michigan State. Can score in bundles from the wing. Stopper on defense.
17. Boston Celtics: Zach LaVine, PG/SG, UCLA. Outstanding athlete with loads of potential. Not a great feel for game.
18. Phoenix Suns: Elfrid Payton, PG, Louisiana-Lafayette. Stock rising rapidly. Could sneak into lottery. Dynamic point guard with great passion for game.
19. Chicago Bulls: Cleanthony Early, F, Wichita State. Man without a position. Winner who goes 100 percent on every possession.
20. Toronto Raptors: Shabazz Napier, PG, Connecticut. Best floor general left. National champion. Crafty and tough.
21. Oklahoma City: P.J. Hairston, SG, North Carolina/D-League. Sweet shooter. Defends. Tough. Best player available.
22. Memphis Grizzlies: C.J. Wilcox, SG, Washington. Another long-range bomber. Nice stroke. Bad D.
23. Utah Jazz: Jerami Grant, SF, Syracuse. Ultra-athletic. Outstanding finisher. Otherwise needs work.
24. Charlotte Hornets: Jordan Adams, SG, UCLA. Finds ways to score. Not much in terms of natural athleticism.
25. Houston Rockets: Kyle Anderson, SF, UCLA. Smart, non-athletic player. Strong passer. Team player.
26. Miami Heat: Tyler Ennis, PG, Syracuse. Fantastic floor general. Probably could've used another year or two of college.
27. Phoenix Suns: K.J. McDaniels, SF, Clemson. Long, athletic defender. Intelligent player.
28. Los Angeles Clippers: Patric Young, PF, Florida. Not real skilled, but will rebound and add toughness.
29. Oklahoma City Thunder: Clint Capela, PF, Switzerland. Athletic protector of the rim. Those guys are always needed.
30. San Antonio Spurs: Walter Tavares, C, Spain. He's 7-3 and runs the floor well. Someone will take that chance.
Second Round
31. Milwaukee Bucks: Mitch McGary, C/PF, Michigan
32. Philadelphia 76ers: Jordan Clarkson, PG/SG. Missouri
33. Cleveland Cavaliers: Jarnell Stokes, PF, Tennessee
34. Dallas Mavericks: Glenn Robinson, SF, Michigan
35. Utah Jazz: James Michael McAdoo, F, North Carolina
36. Milwaukee Bucks: Markel Brown, SG, Oklahoma State
37. Toronto Raptors: Jusuf Nurkic, C, Bosnia
38. Detroit Pistons: Joe Harris, SF, Virginia
39. Philadelphia 76ers: Melvin Ejim, SF, Iowa State
40. Minnesota Timberwolves: Artem Klimenko, C, Russia
