NAU women host key Big Sky games on FOX Sports Arizona this weekend
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- The Northern Arizona women's basketball team will look to get back into the win column on Thursday as it hosts Idaho State on FOX Sports Arizona.
The 6:30 p.m. contest will be NAU's annual Play 4 Kay game to raise breast cancer awareness.
The Lumberjacks had their season-best three-game win streak snapped Saturday at North Dakota and continue to be squarely in the middle of a heated Big Sky race. NAU is 9-12 -- already matching its win total from last season -- and 5-5 in the Big Sky, which is good for sixth in the conference standings.
The Bengals had their three-game win streak halted Saturday in their only game of the week, 63-57 at Weber State, and sit in fifth place with a 6-5 conference record.
The Lumberjacks also will host Weber State at 2 p.m. Saturday on FOX Sports Arizona Plus.
