At least that's the case for the Washington Nationals, who are going with chocolate syrup for their postgame victory celebrations this season.

Why chocolate syrup over the traditional whipped cream pie or Gatorade or something else?
Pitcher Max Scherzer gave this explanation to the MLB Network's "Intentional Talk" earlier this week:
The Buzzer suggests the Nats don't stop at chocolate syrup. Just turn a player's head into a regular sundae and add sprinkles, nuts and cherries.
