CLEVELAND (AP) -- Lakers guards Steve Nash and Jodie Meeks are sitting out Los Angeles' game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
Nash is skipping the second leg of a back-to-back set after playing for the first time since Nov. 10 on Tuesday night in a loss at Minnesota. After missing 34 games because of a nerve problem in his back, the two-time NBA MVP had seven points and nine assists in 25 minutes. He's expected to play Friday night in Philadelphia.
Meeks sprained his right ankle a little over a minute into Tuesday's game and didn't return. He's expected to miss at least two games.
