ROME (AP) Italy coach Jacques Brunel has again been forced to change his injury-hit side ahead of the Six Nations match against Ireland on Saturday, with the Azzurri still winless.

Hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini injured his right shoulder during the defeat to Scotland, which was his first Italy appearance since recovering from an injury sustained at the World Cup in November.

Edoardo Gori's tournament has also been prematurely ended by injury.

Their absences means hooker Davide Giazzon and scrum half Guglielmo Palazzani get their first Six Nations starts. Fly half Edoardo Padovani makes his first start for Italy after substitute appearances against England and Scotland.

Lock George Biagi has recovered from a fractured rib and replaces Joshua Furno, who is again sidelined after missing the first two Six Nations matches with injury.
