CLEVELAND – An exciting night for the Cleveland Browns ended with disappointing news.
After the Browns 24-6 preseason win over the Lions, head coach Rob Chudzinski said first-round pick Barkevious Mingo will remain hospitalized overnight with a bruised lung and that running back Dion Lewis has a fractured fibula.
Lewis had been having an outstanding camp. Chudzinski said no decisions have been made, but he could be headed to injured-reserve.
Mingo left the game in the first half and ran to the locker room under his own power.
