Tigers pitcher Jose Alvarez carried a no-hitter into the fifth inning Sunday against the Cleveland Indians in his Major League debut.
Odds are, he wasn’t going to keep Cleveland hitless for nine innings, but former Tiger Ryan Raburn had to go ahead and ruin it early. Raburn hit a solo home run in the fifth inning, so his former teammate Miguel Cabrera threw a wad of gum at him.
