ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) -- Coming off their first shutout loss in 30 years, Michigan will be missing its biggest offensive weapon today against Miami of Ohio.

Wide receiver Devin Funchess, who sustained a leg injury in the Wolverines' 31-0 loss to Notre Dame, was not on the dress list when it was released about 45 minutes before the opening kick. Michigan will also be missing two starters in the secondary, safety Jarrod Wilson and cornerback Raymon Taylor.

Freshman defensive back/return Jabrill Peppers -- who hasn't played since the first half of Michigan's season-opening win over Appalachian State -- is dressed against the RedHawks, but his playing status is uncertain.
