University of Miami running back Mike James has been named as a late edition to the Senior Bowl roster.
James started at 12 games in the backfield for the Hurricanes this season, rushing for 642 yards (second on the team) and six touchdowns.
He has already played in one postseason all-star game this season, rushing for 21 yards in the 2013 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl held on Jan. 19 in Carson, Calif.
James will be the school's 63rd player to play in the Senior Bowl and its first running back since Cleveland Gary in 1989.
The Senior Bowl is scheduled for a 4 p.m. ET kickoff on Jan. 26 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala.
