Miami, Arkansas State to play home-and-home series

The University of Miami will play Arkansas State in a home-and-home series beginning in 2014, it was announced Friday.
Arkansas State will play at Sun Life Stadium in 2014 on a date to be determined. The Hurricanes will visit Jonesboro, Ark., on Sept. 9, 2017. Game dates and times are subject to change.
The teams have met once, with Miami winning 42-10 at the Orange Bowl on Nov. 1, 1997.
Arkansas State, a member of the Sun Belt Conference, finished 10-3 last season. The Red Wolves  clinched their first bowl win since 1970 by beating Kent State 17-13 in the GoDaddy.com Bowl in January.
