Mayweather, Pacquiao come together in Kentucky Derby starting gate

Horse racing and boxing have been intertwined throughout the years. Next Saturday, they will come together in the Kentucky Derby starting gate.
That's because Itsaknockout will enter the Run for the Roses and be will a sponsor of the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather grudge match later that night in Las Vegas.
"Itsaknockout is an ideal last-minute reminder about the fight, especially for the fans who are not quite as tuned in to boxing," Stephen Espinoza, the executive vice president and general manager at Showtime Sports, which, along with HBO is producing and distributing the boxing pay-per-view event, told The New York Times.
"It was a very quick, easy and stress-free process," Espinoza told The Times of working with Churchill Downs and the chief state stewards to get approval. "Between the first phone call and the first horse blanket arriving, it only took about a week."
