The Dallas Mavericks PR team has certainly been working overtime lately.

Not long after the official team YouTube channel debuted "What Do The Mavs Say?" video, they were at it again when they released "Spongebob Dallas Mavericks" over the weekend.

The entire video is a parody of the opening credits of the hit children's cartoon Spongebob Square Pants, but they've inserted the Mavericks instead of the usual cast of characters and changed the lyrics to ones more Dallas-centric.

"Ooohhhh, who rules all of basketball in the Big D? Dallas Mavericks! The court that we use is the double-A C. Dallas Mavericks!"

Owner Mark Cuban makes a pretty awesome Captain at the beginning. We're not sure who is suppose to be SpongeBob or Patrick, but the whole thing is pretty entertaining.

Here's the original opening song for comparison.
