The Big East Conference announced its all-conference teams Sunday, with Marquette senior Matt Carlino and redshirt freshman Duane Wilson among the honorees.

Carlino was named to the All-Big East Second Team, while Wilson earned a spot on the six-man Big East All-Rookie Team.

He averaged 17.2 points per game and hit 40.0 percent of his attempts from beyond the arc in Big East play. Carlino played in just 14 of Marquette's 18 conference games due to a concussion suffered in early February.
