Marlins to host Yankees, Red Sox during 2015 season

The Miami Marlins announced their 2015 schedule, which begins at home for the third time in four years since moving into Marlins Park.
Miami will host the National League East rival Atlanta Braves from April 6-8 before an offday. The Tampa Bay Rays will then visit first for three games (April 10-12) to kick off the Citrus Series and Interleague play.
In 2015, the American League East's Baltimore Orioles (May 22-24), New York Yankees (June 15-16) and Boston Red Sox (Aug. 11-12) will travel to South Florida.
The Yankees visited Marlins Park for a pair of exhibition games April 1-2, 2012 leading up to Opening Day of the ballpark's inaugural season. Boston came June 11-13. Baltimore has never played at Marlins Park and last faced the Marlins on the road June 23-25, 2009. The Marlins will travel to Toronto (June 8-10) for the first time since June 12-14, 2009.
The All-Star break lasts from July 13-16. Ace Jose Fernandez hopes to be back from Tommy John surgery when the second half opens July 17 in Philadelphia.
Like this season, next year's slate of games will conclude with a trip. The Marlins close out the regular season Oct. 4 against the Phillies.
