According to TMZ.com, Cowboys running back Marion Barber was detained Monday morning in front of a hotel in Beverly Hills, California for "disturbing the peace."
Law Enforcement sources of the celebrity gossip site said the Los Angeles Police Department received a call from SLS Hotel security complaining that Barber was being a disturbance.
Barber was placed inside of a police car in front of the hotel and investigated. He was not arrested or cited and he agreed to check out of the hotel.
