BEREA, Ohio -- Less than 24 hours after Johnny Manziel announced that he's going to be accountable for his actions, he was caught on camera again, out again.

A short video was posted Monday night by an Instagram user showing Manziel in South Beach, Fla., wishing a happy birthday to his friend LeBron James, who turned 30 on Tuesday. (A geotag in the organic post cites the location as "FDR at Delano," a Miami lounge.)

To be fair, the caption does claim that "there were no alcoholic beverages or severe party dance moves used in the making of this video."

"There's nothing I can sit here and tell you. I can't sit here and talk to these mics or these cameras or anything that's going to do any good," Manziel said Monday before leaving town. "It's about actions, it's about being accountable and doing what I'm going to say instead of looking like a jackass."

Browns general manager Ray Farmer downplayed Manziel being out and said that Manziel and all the players were allowed to leave Berea on Monday. He did say that Manziel is required to be back in Berea sometime next week to rehab his injured hamstring.
