ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Majestic Heat won the $60,000 feature by 1¼ lengths on Friday at Santa Anita after an eight-month layoff.
Ridden by Flavien Prat, Majestic Heat ran one mile on turf in 1:34.62 and paid $4, $2.80 and $2.60 as the even-money favorite.
Jade Princess returned $4.80 and $4.20, while Frenzified was another half-length back in third and paid $7.80 to show.
The victory, worth $46,800, increased Majestic Heat's career earnings to $169,294, with three wins in eight starts.
