London mayor 'working hard' on deal to bring NFL to England

Will we ever see an NFL team in London, or is that just a pipe dream?
Apparently, it could very well be a reality. London mayor Boris Johnson was taking questions over Twitter on Wednesday, and one curious chap lobbed this query at him:
@MayorofLondon When are we going to have an NFL franchise in London? #askboris

And Johnson replied with:
we are working hard on deal - high hopes for Tottenham in the next few years...watch this space #askboris @_gtj

There you go! Of course, nothing is set in stone and we shouldn't count our London teams before they actually kick off, but Johnson's comments has to be seen as an encouraging. The fact that a deal is being worked on and they even have a location in mind is exciting news.
Let's see how this all unfolds!
