Loki's Vengeance wins Big A's NY Stallion Stakes

NEW YORK (AP) Loki's Vengeance rallied to beat Geaux Mets by a half length Sunday in the $125,000 New York Stallion Stakes at Aqueduct.
Third throughout most of the race, Loki's Vengeance kicked home strongly for his sixth win in 17 starts.
Jose Ortiz, who won three of the final four races on the card, was aboard for the seven furlongs in 1:24.13.
The 4-year-old trained by Mike Hushion paid $8.60, $4.80 and $2.90.

Geaux Mets returned $7.60 and $3.90.
Empire Dreams, the 3-2 favorite following his victory in the Empire Classic last month, closed to get third. He paid $2.40.
