Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell apparently has been hampered this off-season by an injury to his left knee.

Bell posted a photo on Instagram Wednesday of his leg wrapped up with crutches lying next to him.

"Be bk (back) in no time," Bell wrote.

Bell, who scored eight touchdowns, rushed for 650 yards and caught 53 passes for 547 yards last season, attended but didn't participate in the Lions'€™ recent voluntary mini-camp.

The team is scheduled to begin its next phase of off-season workouts -- OTA'€™s (Organized Team Activities) -- in less than two weeks.
