Lightning recall Alex Killorn from Syracuse

Ahead of their Sunday evening matchup with the Rangers, the Tampa Bay Lightning made a couple of roster moves, the team announced.

The Lightning recalled forward Alex Killorn from the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL while also reassigning forward Dana Tyrell to Syracuse, according to general manager Steve Yzerman.

Killorn is a 23-year-old forward who has played in 44 games for the Crunch this season, amassing 16 goals and 38 points. Killorn was the Lightning's third-round pick in the 2007 draft.
